oil-paintings

The large-format oil paintings, 70*100 cm and 140*200 cm, depict and reflect a summer day.

A cool, fresh forest is depicted, where, among other things, a woman with a sun hat finds refuge.

One can sense that this is a particularly warm summer day.

A boy cuts open a refreshing watermelon, a little girl smiles with a hand-woven flower wreath. Another girl is engrossed in her picture book, lost in her own world.

Grandfather and grandson tend to the garden.

Here, mowing, weeding, and planting are taking place.

The colors of the oil paintings are vibrant and illuminate the room, making it glow.

In some cases, yellow streaks of light fly through the paintings, reminiscent of small streaks of sunlight.

One could almost think they were love letters.

The sketchy capture of the depicted subject emphasizes the fleeting nature of the

moment, the captured moment.

All the colors were mixed by hand.

Only environmentally friendly materials were used, such as linseed oil and dish soap for cleaning.
